Sometimes it takes a village.

The journey to wellness does not have to be taken alone. But if you voice your problem to others, you don’t want judgment. You want mutual respect and understanding.

We can all learn from each other, especially when we are trying to address a mutual problem.

Group therapy can be a wonderful way to connect with other people, who are experiencing similar concerns.

Benefits of group therapy

It is worth remembering that you don’t have to be on this journey alone. The more you surround yourself with support, the easier it can be when dealing with difficult situations.

Group therapy can help you find that support. The group is always a no-judgment zone. Members are here to support each other and not judge each other. It is expected that all group members will be respectful of all the other members.

Working in groups tends to cost less, and it can be helpful to have the extra support of the group.

What to expect

Our group therapy sessions are limited in size to approximately 8 members to keep members comfortable and the group cohesive. In some cases, working in a group can be a wonderful addition to someone receiving individual therapy.

We have groups for several different situations. If we don’t currently have a group that meets your need, we can always talk about starting one.
