Training
Licensed Professional Counselor, Mental Health Service Provider, and Approved Clinical Supervisor
Currently working on a doctorate degree in Developmental Psychology to better serve those with trauma experiences that have impacted their life
Experience
My specialization of practice includes supervision, trauma, reactive attachment, and addiction.
While working in outpatient settings and residential treatment facilities, I gained 17 years of varied experience with adults, children, and teens with mental health concerns, trauma, reactive attachment behaviors, and addiction.
I also have experience supervising counselors who are working toward LPC licensure.
Counseling philosophy
I view counseling as providing a means to learn about yourself. When life is overwhelming, counseling provides someone to be there with you on your goal-seeking journey.
My personal life
Outside of work, I am a wife, mother, and student.
I spend time watching my daughter cheer, reading, and listening to music. I enjoy being with my family, laughing and being together.
